🤔 Common Questions

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Once deletion is complete (after 30 days), recovery is impossible. You can create a new account with the same email/mobile, but old data won't be restored. Within the first 30 days, you can email privacy@examcrackai.com to cancel the deletion request.

Will I get a refund for my active subscription?

If you're within the 7-day money-back period, yes — full refund. Beyond 7 days, no refund, but you can use the service until your billing period ends. Read full refund policy →

Why does it take 30 days?

The 30-day window allows for: (1) Identity verification, (2) Backup data removal across all servers, (3) Third-party service deletion (analytics, payment records), (4) Compliance with legal retention requirements. We act on the request immediately, but technical erasure across distributed systems takes time.

What about my payment history?

Indian tax law requires us to retain payment records for 7 years. These are kept securely in encrypted form, separate from your personal profile. They cannot be linked back to your identity after personal data is deleted.

Can I just download my data instead?

Yes! Email privacy@examcrackai.com with subject "Data Export Request". We'll send a JSON/CSV export of all your data within 30 days, free of charge.
