2. How to Request a Refund
2.1 Method 1: Email (Fastest)
Send an email to refunds@examcrackai.com with:
- Registered email / mobile number
- Transaction ID (from Razorpay receipt)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)
2.2 Method 2: In-App
- Open ExamCrack AI app
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Tap "Request Refund"
- Fill reason and submit

Visit examcrackai.com/contact and submit a refund request.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
📅 Our Commitment:
- Day 0: You submit refund request
- Within 24 hours: Request acknowledged via email
- Within 48 hours: Verification completed + refund initiated
- Day 5-7: Amount credited to original payment method
- Day 10 (worst case): If bank delays, full resolution guaranteed
3.1 Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment source:
- UPI: 1-3 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days (depends on bank)
- Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Wallets (Paytm/PhonePe): 1-2 business days
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we issue partial refunds:

5. Refund Exceptions & Disputes
5.1 Fraud Protection
If we suspect fraudulent activity, refund is withheld pending investigation (up to 14 days). You'll be notified with specific reasons.
5.2 Failed Refunds
If refund fails (closed bank account, invalid card), we contact you via registered email to arrange alternate credit method.
5.3 Escalation
If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, escalate to grievance@examcrackai.com. We will resolve within 72 hours.
6. Referral & Promotional Credits
- Referral rewards are promotional credits, NOT cash
- Cannot be withdrawn or converted to INR
- Expire after 12 months if unused
- Cannot be transferred between accounts
- Refunded subscriptions forfeit associated referral credits
7. Google Play Billing Refunds
If you purchased via Google Play Store:
- Google handles initial refunds within 48 hours of purchase
- Beyond 48 hours, contact us directly
- Follow: Play Store → Your Account → Order History → Request Refund
- We honor all legitimate Google-issued refunds
