ExamCrack AI provides AI-powered competitive exam preparation including practice questions, doubt solving, mock tests, and study materials for Indian government exams.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 13+ years old to use this service
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your password secure; don't share your account
• One account per person
• You're responsible for all activity on your account

4. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fees are in INR (Indian Rupees)
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from account settings
• Refunds: As per our refund policy (see below)

5. Refund Policy

• 7-day refund: Full refund within 7 days of first-time subscription
• No refund: After 7 days or for subsequent renewals
• Cancel anytime: You'll have access until end of billing period
• Email support@examcrackai.com for refund requests

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content
• Use automated tools to access our service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models
• Use our service for any illegal purpose
• Harass or abuse other users or support staff

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and AI-generated materials are owned by ExamCrack AI. You may use them for personal study only, not for commercial purposes.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI generates questions and explanations automatically. While we strive for accuracy:

• Always verify critical information from official sources
• We're not liable for exam outcomes based solely on our content

9. Success Disclaimer

Exam success depends on many factors (dedication, practice, individual effort). We don't guarantee you'll pass any exam. Results vary by individual.

10. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance occasionally.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime from settings.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ExamCrack AI is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or exam results.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Major changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
